We rely on tuition and fundraising for the operation of the school, salaries for the teachers and director, and maintenance for the grounds and facilities. Every parent is essential in the success of our fundraising efforts throughout the year. Some of the events and fundraising opportunities organized by the Fundraising Committee are listed below.
Providing an Environment for Our Students to Grow & Excel
Every Steele Cooperative family agrees to actively participate and attend Steele-A-Deal and meet or exceed fundraising obligations through Steele-A-Deal raffle ticket sales.
We will be hosting a Parent Social and Fundraising Event at Local 46 on Thursday, December 6th from 6-8pm Steele families, alumni, friends and neighbors all welcome! We will also have our amazing annual event, Steele The Night Away at The Voodoo Comedy Playhouse on January 26th from 7-10pm with nationally recognized comedian, Ben Roy! This is a fun event for parents and friends to get out, socialize and bid on amazing auction items, all while supporting Steele! Ticket prices for STNA to come soon!! You don’t want to miss this!
The generosity of alumni and current Steele families are the reason we have our new home. We want to reflect on the family history of those who have paved the way. We will be creating a streetscape to allow families to gather, to park bikes and strollers, and to hang out after classes. All money from our path will be designated to making capital improvements. Our campaign focuses on the future of our cooperative, and requires us to recognize our past.

Engraved Brick Order Completion
Once your donation is received, a confirmation letter and receipt will be emailed to you to verify the accuracy of your message. Included in your confirmation letter and will be the acknowledgement of your donation.
Bricks will be installed 4-5 weeks following the deadline, and we will let all of those participating know of the installation. As bricks will be placed randomly, we cannot guarantee special positioning.

Engraved Brick Order Deadline
The fundraiser will run during Spring 2019. Please have your orders completed and money handed in by May 1st, 2019. The order will be filled in 4-5 weeks from that time, and then we will have a contractor place the bricks.
From time to time we will have Steele themed merchandise for sale as a way to raise funding for our school. You may order this merchandise using the form(s) listed below.
